All calls are recorded. If a client communicates that you did not solve the client’s problem, we shall validate the same using the recordings. If that is true the client will be refunded the funds. In the opposite case, where the client communicates to us that you did not resolve the client’s problem and the video recording doesn’t say the same, the client will not be eligible for a refund and the funds will be transferred to you.
